Heart and Jason Bonham did a great performance of Stairway at the Kennedy Center Honors, which aired last night on CBS. Check it out:

I never ever bought their catalog, but I might do it now.
This seems like sacrilege to me. GN'R was heavily influenced by Zeppelin. Kinda surprising to see a big GN'R fan who isn't also a Zephead.

I've always been in the middle on Zeppelin but I would say I got through phases. With them and The Beatles I far prefer the middle (and late with The Beatles) section of their material above anything else.
I think III through Physical Graffiti is a brilliant spot of work.
Everything through Physical Graffiti is all brilliant stuff. My favorites are probably II and III. Favorite song is on Houses of the Holy: "Over The Hills And Far Away." Will never forget the first time I heard that one. Was with my dad in his truck and I almost changed the channel because it sounded like a boring acoustic song to me, but my dad said "don't change it, they're about to kick ass in a little bit." Boy was he ever right.
