Re: Bruce Springsteen and E Street Band to tour in ‘12
I really hope this tour makes it to Australia as well, I'm still kicking myself I missed The Rising tour they did here years ago!

Well, it looks like my prayers have been answered, Bruce is coming to Australia in 2013!!!!

got my ticket for the belfast show p excited, but p expensive
tbh there are near as many boss songs that i can't fucking stand as that i fucking love. i mean for every racing in the streets there's an adam raised a cain, y'know? but when he's great he's fucking unbelievable, one of the best. Nebraska? come on! his first handful of albums, tho a few are a mixed bag, are by & large simply amazing. Darkness is a weird one, it's like half the best shit ever, half horrible crap but when it's good it's unfuckwithable - like Racing in the Streets.
i've never seen him before & seeing him open-air in belfast is something i didn't wanna miss cause i know he brings it live. really looking forward to it.
i would actually like a lot more of his songs if they didn't have saxophone solo's in them. Born to Run is ruined for me by that damn sax. i really fucking hate that shit!

I had a chance to go see him when I was in Chicago and passed. It's not really my thing though I do like some of his songs. From what I understand he plays quite a few deep cuts and I would be more bored with that than I was with the solos at the GnR show. I just don't like enough of his stuff to shell out the kind of money a ticket costs. I'd go if the price was right, but even then I wouldn't have high expectations.

I missed seeing him when he toured Australia for The Rising album, one of my fav Bruce albums, and I've been kicking myself ever since.
So there's no way I'm missing this show.

Funny, I love the sax in Bruce's songs. Clarence Clemons (RIP) was an awesome saxophonist.
I'm saddened that I never get to see him play live with Bruce before he passed away.
