This sounds like an awesome thing for everyone to get involved with. Sounds like so much fun. For me I wouldn't mind doing backing vocals or lead vocals with somebody else in the forum. I could record my parts on my computer and send it via email. If we do Don't Cry or another song in the GNR library, I have most of their material on my computer and I sing those songs all the time. Love to do a song from CD.
I have a cowbell and various software programs to create drum and bass sounds. I have my dad's acoustic guitar in my room that I need to open up again; but I'm a beginner so I probably wouldn't be much help in that department. I would love to learn how to play it properly one day when I have the time. I have other materials around the house that I can find to get some good percussion sounds out of. My best programs I've used to make tunes for some of my class projects are synthesizer and keyboard sound programs that work quite well; so I could do that as well. Great effects coming from that.
What do you guys think?

Rose22 sent me some stuff to check out....he may be interested in vocals too
I need to investigate my recorder dooey to see how to add metronome, so will try to get moving on that ... Is it better for actual vocalist to do scratch track or could I just grab my acoustic n put something together? Relying on experienced people here...this will be a first for me

Yeah sure! I want the people that want to join in to have a part. Don't want anybody excluded. I'm cool with either of those positions I'm listed so far.

I'm a little disappointed - I actually expected Robin shredding, but I watched the video just in case.
We could do TWaT, but I think we'd have to get Ron to do the outro...he is a member here.
