I don't know if you guys have heard, but we're going to Vegas on Monday, lol. 
I need some suggestions on TV shows I'm not watching or movies I haven't seen. I want to load up my tablet so I don't get bored when I can't sleep.

Ok, so this is just me, but I download documentaries that I wouldn't sit down and watch otherwise. The Beatles Anthology videos are highly recommended even if you're not a huge Beatles fan. I also recommend Ken Burns' Baseball, but that may not be appealing to you.
TV sucks. About the only thing I watch every week is Criminal Minds, but I'm not sold on this season. If you've never watched it, start at the beginning.

Cool. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not into sports of any kind, especially baseball, so I think I'll skip that. I think I've seen an episode of Criminal Minds here and there, but I couldn't pick it out of a lineup of those type of shows.
I was thinking of Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, and maybe a movie or two I know and love.

You might be interested in trying out the new Dennis Quaid/Michael Chiklis show "Vegas".
I'm not sold on it yet, but it's a simple formulaic western/crime drama set in the rise of Las Vegas in 1960. Old west law vs. the Chicago mob that took over the town. That might have some tie-in for you. I think only five episodes have aired on CBS so far. It's brand new.

I am actually leaving tomorrow to go to Nashville for the Bears game, then staying and leaving on Tuesday for Vegas, so I am in rush mode already. I won't be downloading much of anything, so it will be a lot of music and angry birds for me. I refuse to pay for wi-fi on the plane or in the airport.
I do have the concert tickets in my carry on bag already, so we're all set there.

I know it's an animated film but Mastermind is quite good! Hilarious in fact. It's about a supervillain who kills the superhero in the first 10 mins of the film and then gets depressed because his life was defined by the guy he just killed. Will Ferral as Mastermind and Brad Pitt for about 10 mins at the start as the superhero. It's hilarious.

American Horror Story: Season One is out on DVD. Pretty good season. Starts out slow; but it gets better after a few episodes. Great cast, thrills, episodes that can bring a chill down your spine. Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead. Can't recommend those films enough. Comedy and Action at it's finest with British influence. Contagion is a really good film. Watched it on-demand a few days ago and was quite impressed.
