Dude..I'm excited for their new album! I have heard most of Day & Age and they had some great singles on it! I'm hoping they tour around the DC area cause count me in on a ticket! Hot Fuss and Sam's Town have some incredible material as well. You know they're a great band if Uncle Axl introduces them live on MTV.

Man that 2006 Axl introduction was one of the most ackward, uncomfortable moments i've ever seen him do.
I don't know why he even bothered. It was very obvious he had no interest in being there. I always wondered if it was something Merck booked.

I thought it was pretty cool with him doing the scream and getting people siked. Also introducing one of the coolest bands that are out there in the current music world. It would of been less awkward if he actually performed with the lineup at the time especially with the power in his pipes he had at the time too.

this band annoys me no end.
begrudgingly i have to admit they have some good singles - mr brightside fucken slayed e when it first came out.
but they are such fucken pretty-boys i just wanna smash their faces in. like they found the picture-perfect hipster indie-kids & then hyped the fuck outta them.
but i do admit they do have something more about them. which is prob why they're annoying. if they were just another backstreet boy/new kids on the block thing then it'd be easier to ignore them. but since they're really the only american pop-band around it's hard to avoid them..

Same here! They already have my money waiting even before the tickets go on sale! 
I think I've heard one or two of Brandon's solo songs and they were pretty good.

I see. well have a good time enjoying the album! Hope it's really good and is better or just as good as Day & Age and the other two! 
I might pick it up once I hear a few more of the songs when it shows up on Spotify. I enjoyed Runaways!
