Video footage of GUNS N' ROSES lead singer Axl Rose falling on stage while trying to climb on the drum riser during the band's June 16 performance at the Hellfest festival in Clisson, France can be seen below. (Note: The Axl fall occurs around the 25-second mark.)
Axl obviously lost his spot from the fall, as sang the second verse at the start, and ended up repeating it again, when it came up again.
Slash was also at this gig playing with Ozzy, so I wonder if there was any backstage interaction between them...

Every ounce of life just goes out of him when something like this happens. Like NR in Rio this past year. It's painful to watch, I feel for him here.
I agree with you on that, he becomes really static for the rest of the song, and you can see he's really down about it, mixed up the lyrics just adds to it.
It looks like it may have knocked some wind out of him, and he had to get the first line out real quick after falling, props to him for doing that.
