Mysteron got jarmo the Tommy interview. He told everyone about the Rockband thing before anyone. He was the first to acknowledge Shackler's was a GN'R song, Concert dates, among other things. He also stomped out most of the bullshit rumors. He was legit.
When GN'R split form Merck, Fernando went on a campaign to slag him. Mysteron said Axl was working on a letter to the fans. Fernando jumped on HTGTH and called him a liar and he didn't know what he was talking about. The next week, Axl released a letter to the fans.

Yes, Mysteron DID arrange Tommys interview with Jarmo, which subsequently was Jarmos real entrance into GNR's little band family.
Mysteron also arranged a certain pre-sale of tickets for Tommy shows in 2004.
To say he was full of shit is stupid. He just over-played his hand.
A bit like Jarmo has done for four years now.

Second time you've called someone else here "stupid" in the same thread. I let the first one go but not if you're going to keep doing it. Plenty of other ways to make your case without calling other members stupid.
Here's how I view it:
GN'R-Forum-History is going to remember Mysteron as eventually being calling out no matter what circumstances it happened under.

Not trying to derail the thread, but you know this wasn't just any "flame war" between two people, when it's involved multiple members here, including you Russ, who didn't throw any insults anybody's way, like you said, just for having a different opinion.
It has caused me to fire back and I did get more aggressive than I should have, especially with Bro-mero (and I apologize for that, dude), only because nothing was being done about it and a blind eye was turned, for some odd reason. I recognized that and took myself out of it. And as far as I can tell, it's still going on, and nothing close to what DCK did...
That's all I'm saying, dude.

from my reading of it, D asked a q, mrID answered it & then DCK came out swinging randomly.

one day when we're all 6 feet under or elsewhere & the CD sessions boxset finally drops to puff up Beta's great-grandkids' wallets, the world will finally get to hear what Shaq's contributions to the record woulda been...

The other one that was funny was Axl was supposed to be collaborating with Pink on a cover of Bonnie Tyler's "Total Eclipse of the Heart".
That one was actually cool because the 80's geek in me would've ate that up.
Me too man. I ate that rumour and got excited. Joined a pink forum and asked if anyone knew about it. 
To this day whenever I hear that song though I think of how Axl would have slayed it!!!

To be fair I said he was a joke and he was. It was beyond annoying reading his cryptic, vague stuff. Did he come through on some of the stuff he said? Sure but his posts were annoying and I thought his character was a joke. Basically always said shit like "thi will or won't happen" Ooooohhhhh how awesome. If your'e gonna go on a Gn'R board and act like you're the man then fucking say somehting and stop building up your own "legacy" as a big time insider. He built himself up to such extreme levels compared to what he actually was Had Mysteron never posted the Gn'R fanbase would not have missed a thing. We didn't benifit from his inside info.
