I could be wrong, but that sounds like someone edited the words "Oooh I ssee blood in the water" together from various Axl moggs (the RB2 multis) and put them over an existing track.
I agree. It's Axl, but I doubt this mess would be a song.

I think he did confirm this on his youtube channel that I checked awhile back. He made a comment about it back in February of 2011.

MSL confirmed the song existed, he didn't confirm this leak we're discussing is legit.

Well, after the second listen I'm not so sure that it's some mogg magic...This can be a new song's demo. Sounds very weak though.
