I've kind of stopped using it for a couple of weeks now. I look on it every so often for movie info or if my friends have any updates that aren't already on facebook.

As you can see i've majorly fallen off on Twitter and rarely use it anymore (kinda knew that'd happen).
There's literally nothing to do on there, and I had a falling out with a friend, so i've cut way back on it.
But an interesting that comes up. What if me and the friend start shooting on each other on Twitter? Real nasty stuff?
Well here's the thing, as far as i'm concerned -- it should be allowed to be subpoenaed. It's a public forum, with public statements, AND is a form of media, thus = LIBEL.
I don't see any real stretch to prove that, and i'm just some guy who took a few law classes as electives and it makes sense to me.
Thus my conclusion...
DON'T TALK SHIT ON TWITTER. Especially if you're not a public figure and can easily be sued for libel.
