Slash is at the absolute top of his game best form of his life in that video chops wise and literally dominates the songs.
If you are on this board and haven't bought that bluray, what in the he'll are you waiting on? It is fantastic, Slash is amazing on it, as is the band. I got mine off amazon.uk.
I just watched it for the first time. First off - blu-ray is amazing. Do they make porn in blu-ray?
Sacondly, while still not a huge Myles doing Axl fan, he is pretty good for the whole concert...expecially the non-Axl songs. Slash was amazing. I didn't think I missed anything when I didn't go, but now I'm pissed and I will go this time even if I hate the new album.

Re: Hall of Fame Videos
It's one of the greatest rock concert dvd's ever recorded performance wise.
Re: Hall of Fame Videos
I think all the members have to agree when any of the old songs are used in any commercial compacity, which might just be why we haven't got a Live DVD from GN'R and that AFD redux was never released <--- I swear it was intended to be the infamous bonus album that was going to come with CD.

Yeah, Axl wouldn't let the movie Black Hawk Down use Welcome to the Jungle. He wanted to use a rerecorded version. Slash, Duff, and the movie said no. WTTJ is the actual song they played in the helicopter in real life.
