I haven't heard Axl shit on Slash's Estranged and November Rain solo's. I have heard about waht a pain it was to make those songs happen. And he's gone after the UYI era/albums as a whole. The only instrument I've heard him attack are the drums on both albums.
Everyone knows I don't like Slash's lack of ambition in elevating his music, which I KNOW he is capable of. Or the way he's pissed away his talent like Axl has, but his has been with mediocrity and a "whatever" attitude, and not fear/drive/narotic perfefectionism, or whatever Axl's problem is.
I just don't think with the personalities involved it's as easy to try to read the situation between the two. I still think there was a professional chasm between them that spiraled into something very personal.
Also, Axl may be right that Slash is a liar and there was some shady shit that we don't know that went down between them.
