Glad Ron came through okay. He's been the biggest bright spot in GN'R since 2006, and slowly reaching 'Izzy level' "The Man" status.

i agree ron's the best thing to happen to the band in a space age, but really.. izzy level is legendary level.
ron's a tip top guy but his musical contribution to the cause has been unspectacular to say the least.
Being "The Man" has literally nothing to do with writing status.
There isn't anybody in GN'R past, present, or future that can compare with Izzy's talent. Thus... i'm not even gonna try to compare.
I was simply saying on 'cool factor'. And Ron is fucking COOL.

That's terrible he has been treated for that and he is still going through the pains. I'm glad his blood work is a-okay. Ron is vary valiant to even go through with the tour despite all the tour. Axl should be grateful he has a great guy like that in this band now. All the fans that see this facebook/twitter update and go to the Euro shows, afterwards when some of the members are chatting with the fans need to give Ron a big hug! The guy is a fucking bad ass guitar player and person. Case closed! All I can say is I wish him God speed and happy thoughts while on tour. Hopefully that first option he mentioned goes through and the others don't. Didn't know those shows brought so much physical stress on the guy when playing. Still must be hell sleeping and waking up sometimes.

"The show must go on" is not enough. Have my own versions I've lived by for decades. "The show must go on time", that's one... (I know what you're thinking...) Other is "The show must go on even if it f**king kills you" - you'd die doing what you love & what you've fought for your whole life. (Nuts...)
Cost of treatment is not the issue, it's that there's now not enough time to get it done & be healed before the tour starts. *Time is the enemy*
Blood work came back & I'm as strong as a f**king Ox. All the abuse didn't kill my liver-kidneys-heart, blood's good, pee's good... (Yay4pee...) Downside is that it leaves me with no answers or cures for what seemed like a bad case of Lyme Disease. So it's all from the car accident.
So this tour'll either be 1) liveable, or 2) toxic over-medicating & freak outs & suicide watches & black outs.
Rock n roll, let's do this.
If GN'R were actually doing anything... meh, they could use another junkie for the press.

Ron updates the fans about meet and greets interfering with health issues and family time! Some people are taking it quite personally. Bumble needs to make himself the #1 priority with his health. Looks like it's still a living hell to do certain daily tasks before getting on stage. Keeping sending the guy some good vibes! Say what you want about the set lists and other things within the band that I too have gripes with. The man tries to help put on a good show and play the shit on that guitar.

What is wrong with people expecting that he can give everyone who asks for it a meet up or chat or whatever. It's not fucken possible. The guy is way more interactive and fan friendly than anyone else in the band, or any other musician that I know as it is.
