Re: Slash Gotten Video
Thanks!
Is it the intro riff of Welcome To The Jungle in the beginning, by car horns?
I support the idea, but the timing is not the best as Slash's new album is coming out and it's from the previous one. He will not lose any buyer with it though. Such a strong track, should have been a monster hit.

Re: Slash Gotten Video
Slash has not released the right single since Slither. I totally agree with you guys... Like or loathe Gotten, it could have been the soccer mom hit of the year.
Re: Slash Gotten Video
U guys don't understand
He has to get clearance from vocalist labels to release singles. Maroon 5 were putting out a new album so they didn't want to oversaturate the air waves with Levine's voice and cause confusion on what album the song was on etc.
Which is why using multi vocalist is tough. Same reason it took a long time to release Beauiful Dangerous. BEP just released a new album and were still pumping singles off it.

Re: Slash Gotten Video
Great point D.
Although I do sometimes question Slash's single choices too. I thought "By the Sword" was a good choice. But in VR "The Last Fight" and "She Builds Quick Machines" were not the best tracks on that album to me at all.
It's like how live we always get Beggars from Snakepit 1 while Dime Store Rock and Soma City Ward languish in obscurity. And you can bet on Snakepit 2 you'll hear Mean Bone and not like Serial Killer. Certain songs seem to get overlooked a bit.
