I'm not sure they both show up. If they do though my guess is a hand shake and maybe a hug and that's it. I don't think they'll perform, unless they are all in on it and they're all down playing it to keep the media frenzy to a minimum.
I voted shake hands which if they do I think will turn into a quick hug.

Shakes hands and maybe talk for a little bit. It would be nice if they would let the bitterness between them end and just start over as friends or acquaintances.

Yeah it will be curious.
I'd assume Axl's people will do their best to avoid any upsets.
Love or hate the GNR family, I do believe they work hard to do what they think will cause the least outbursts and so on.
Hopefully Axl will be in his very funny and affable mood like he is on trunk and he'll come out shooting the shit and telling jokes and shit.
I think Slash will be sort of awkward like he seems to get when uncomftorable. I imagine it will be all politeness and those around them will try and ensure they don't get stuck too near each other in any way that would trigger a conflict.
Although the devil in me would suggest they should have a public fight. Then Axl can drop CD2 and Slash drop AL and sales would go nuts for it.

I think if they both show up, they'll just avoid any eye contact, do their respective speech and just avoid each other.
They may shake hands. They may talk, but even if they do, we may never know about it as it probably won't be done in public. I went with ignore each other though. God, it's going to be tense at that table. I'm going to have to bring my binoculars to keep a close eye on them from the mezzanine or wherever the hell my seats are.
