I can't remember the exact lines, but Penny was doing a pop culture quiz of some sort with Sheldon once and asked who won People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive the most times and Sheldon answered Patrick Stewart.

His 1st answer was Shatner.  And yes, he is more of a Kirk fan but gives Picard a close 2nd
