Aussie, she's been a drug addict for almost 20 yrs but it got really bad around 04-05.
Fucked with her legacy but mid 80s-early 90s she was the female MJ. Also was planning a comeback which will never happen due to drugs.
I'm saddened by this. RIP

During the past few years, it seems there were yearly reports that she was close to death because of her drug habits.
And yeah, she was pretty much near the top of the charts for the time period that Lofton mentioned.
Another 80s entertainer dead. RIP Whitney.

Yeah I remember when she was huge. I Wasn't aware that her drug habit stretched back that far though.
I suppose when you have a habit at a young age either you pull it somewhat under control as you get older like the Guns Guys (minus Adler), or sadly you fall further down that slippery slope and end up like her.
