Well tbh, iClips finally got back with me and sent a very kind, apologetic e-mail to me this evening, happily trying to set up a refund, and promising "that will never happen" again, the issues with the GN'R show.

Kinda cool of them imo. I thought they had just took the money and ran.

I don't know how the techs were, but they sounded fucking pissed and stressed during the pre-show, both shows.
