I was deffintely a "Contraband" fan for a while when it came out, but I never got the love for "Libertad". Stuff like "Just Sixteen" is medicore to me, only like stuff like "The Last Fight" on it.

Yeah..I must say i'm a massive slash fan but to my taste a lot of Libertad could be described as Mediocre.

I think overall in this elimination we'll see CD completely dominate Libertad (this false start aside).

To me there's about 3-4 good really good songs on libertad and that's about it.

I miss the Slash/Duff chemistry that's in VR, but I also do think that they just didnt let slash be himself enough on those records. His solo shit destroys it.

Yeah, depending on what "The Last Fight" gets paired up with I can't see myself voting for any Libertad songs.  Now if you included "Messages" we might have a ballgame.  I think Contraband would be a better matchup for CD.

I just realized the songs are being matched up based on their placement on the CD, so "The Last Fight" will be going against "If The World".  I might have to ponder that one.

"The Last Fight" would be paired with "If The World" in a later round, assuming the curremt 14 vs 14 formula was stuck too.

I didn't use Contraband, because it's easier to get 14 out of Libertad "Gravedance/Don't Drop that Dime".

"Paradise City" vs "There Was A Time" ect. would be fun, but only 12 tracks on Appetite. Might do "Use Your Illusion 2" if CD whitewashes Libertad.
