THQ has basically been recycling the same exact game every year since about 2005 or 2006.
It got boring after awhile, it was like Madden.
Oh yes.
Totally new control scheme, closer but not quite the same as the old SNES games. And the camera angles make it look FAR closer to a television event.
I just talked with a close friend of mine who said the exact opposite of everything you said, and gave the opposite reasons of why he thinks WWE '12 is far worse.

Seriously? Don't get me wrong, the control scheme is far from perfect but still better than the old way. And the graphics/camera angle system is just awesome.
Agreed, the game is just ridiculous amounts of fun, get a good player opponent (AI doesn't cut it) and just got at it in some ridiculous stipulation match, can have some great and fun matches.
