my da suffered the exact same illness in september. was in the icu for a week. p scary first 4 r 5 days. recovering now thankfully. they told us there's a 50/50 survival rate for it when you get to the icu.
defo not something i wanna experience again. people dying all around my da... dunno. the icu staff are awesome, awesome people.

george has been smoking up a storm since he was 18, he probably needs to stop now. this is his wake up call.
Hope it won't affect his voice. I saw him live and he was flawless and incredible. He is a big fan of Axl by the way. One of the first heavy hitters to point out Axl's talent when he was a new kid on the block.

Wow..things like this remind me of how mortal we all are.
Hopefully both he and John's relatives recover fully.
