they're not planning on kidnapping her tho, the intention is to kill her
but it's gonna be a botched attempt (jax is travelling with her & didn't she say some other woman was going as well?!) & eventually clay'll either eat it from jax or get 'rescued' by the feds & put in jail before he can be killed.

wtf was that attempt on the dr? why did clay pay that one guy only for him to involve others? he musta been working under the bored to death premise & roped his buddys in on the action.

they've been dragging it out too long. there's still TWO ep's left. they coulda wrapped it up around ep 10/11.
it's still good but lost some momentum. but that's nitpicking really as it's been p class until recent ep's..

You're crazy. It. hasn't lost any momentum. They've fleshed this thing out perfectly. They should win an Emmy for best drama this season, and if they don't, fuck the haters.

The best season they've ever done. Season 4 of Sons, was like Season 5 of The Shield, or Season 5 of 24.

it's just the last ep was mostly gemma running around tryin to stop opie, nothing happened on that front til the final 3/4 mins of the ep
the bobby stuff coulda been wrapped up quicker, as to the irish meet w/the cartel.
adrianna from the sopranos return a further excuse to pad out tara's story was also unnecessary
but it is a minor complaint on my part. it has been brilliant this yr.

I see your point. It could've possible been trimmed down, and the story made to be Episode 12 & 13 both be 90-minute episodes.
But FX ordered an extra episode this season so they've gotta flesh it out in order to give them a 14th episode.
Tonight's episode is supposed to be Part I of a 2-part season finale. And then I think Part II is supposed to be another 90-minute episode I believe.
