Re: Updates: Orlando, FL (Amway Center 10-28-11)
The ''people were crying and hugging ''comment was me and happened i never said they are strangers..Rock in Rio IV better tham Rio III and show of his life was Manet.
I disagree with the DJ stage presence thing, 4tus has more tham him and Finck has more tham the two together.
It seems you had a great time that s cool.:peace:

You know I appreciate all of the wonderful supporting comments in here. Thank you very very much.
But there are some others in here that after years and years of me being one of the most critical, objective guys around, including not wanting to suck Axl's cock during the chats and ask the tough questions...
One thing has been proven to me...
That alot of people were right, when they said there are certain people around here that are haters, and it doesn't matter if it comes from the mouth of God himself, they'll still argue how they're fucking right.
Well, you goddamn ain't.
And once again to all those supportive, I see your side of things now, if just in the last hour. Much love. xoxo

Re: Updates: Orlando, FL (Amway Center 10-28-11)
Hey...to be honest I don't really see Axlin as a nutswinger.....he's clearly got a lot of love for the music and for GNR but at times he's sure posted his mind about things he doesn't like too. It's not like a review from HTGTH is going to be!
So, if he goes to a show, and has the type of experience that leads to the high praise he gave...then how is that not valid? Sure it sounds like someone who's excited from the show...but isn't that the point of music? Is he ment to be reviewing it from a lab in a white coat? GNR was always about the religious experinece people have at shows and the amazing emotions the guys transmit through their songs.
Frankly i see this as a sign the band is pretty damn good....cos Axlin was swaying about even going to this gig a couple months back....and a few of us encouraged him to go....and i'm sure it could easily have gone the other way....I was half expecting he'd come back traumatized missing slash/bucket and saying that it's all over
So yeah...if people go to a show and have a good time...i say let it be...that's what music is all about...
Re: Updates: Orlando, FL (Amway Center 10-28-11)
I am going to tell u guys right now:
I am not a New GNR lover/hater, I'm not an old band grumpy old man
I AM HONEST
So if being honest comes off negative at times that is ok, if it comes off overtly Nutswingerish, thats ok to.
At the end of the day, Axl is one of my all time favorites and I genuinely want him to succeed and do well. So when praise is warranted, I am gonna give it, when I feel he is being full of shit, U are damned right I am gonna be critical
SO after my Nashville show, If i am gushing and shit.. I'm not a hypocrite or whatever.. I judge things on a case by case basis. Even if its the greatest concert of my life.. If he goes back to doing bullshit, I won't hesitate to call him on it.
