Sometimes I think Axl forgets about YouTube and that people are gonna see him get in shape as he goes.

From my understanding, Axl prefers lean steak and lean roast beef. That ain't gonna get you fat.

Actually, it's a little troubling to gain (or at least lose) weight in such a short period of time. It's not healthy. Depending on how he's doing it, it could be killing him.

I don't think he's lost that much weight, nor did he gain much weight in the first place. He looks better than he did in Rio, but I don't think it has much to do with weight loss.

I still don't see this massive weight loss AT ALL.

And I have had a fitness routine before and lost 70pds before in my life. I've done good diets, and crash diets.

I know weight loss, and I don't see that much weight loss. All I see is a man who shed the "Man In The Yellow Hat" rain slicker.

I thought he liked Rib Eyes though. That is not a lean cut of beef.

Or maybe it's just because that's my preferred steak.
