Re: Going Down - A New Song?
NA fans don't deserve a GnR tour let alone a new song
in fact Axl should punish them by playing CD all the way thru each night

Which is why it'll never happen. Not in the beginning I don't think.
I don't see them opening the NA tour in Orlando, and then dropping a new song. They'll probably keep the set similar to what you've seen in SA, and see what the response to the band is. The band isn't gonna bust ass for combative audiences that stand there and go "impress me" with their arms cross, which American fans (not ME!) do ALOT.
That's the first date? Huh, yeah unlikely it'll happen. What should have happened was CD played in it's entirety first night in the Hammerstein Ballroom in '06. We should be on CD III. But whatever.
Anyway. What are the chances that "Goin Down" is ...
Re: Going Down - A New Song?
I know, but my god would it be funny. It'd be like stickking the word "Shadow" on a play-list leaking it and getting the boards buzzing about some new song "Maybe it's a bumblefoot solo song? Maybe it's off CD II? Didn't some random engineer who tuned pitmans mandolin back in 2002 say something about a track name Shadow?" Then BOOOM Axl plays "Shadow of your love" with a big grin on his face.
They've already alienated most of the world might as well piss off the die hards

Re: Going Down - A New Song?
There's some guitar riffs in AGD that remind me of a UYI track...you can just hear slash's attack on the guitar...overall for a GNR song its very under-developed though. Would be bizzare to play it live.
Would far prefer Crash Diet...even though I think Axl said he only made that for the boys to mess around with guitars..i've always thought the vocals kicked ass.
