Re: The Wonder Years
Any fans?
I hadn't watched this show in many, MANY years. I always liked it though, especially those first couple seasons when I was in junior high. Its a depressing show. It was then, and it was later on down the line when I watched some episodes in the mid 90's.
The show is timeless. While it is set in the 60's, that is just the backdrop for the story. Its more about the complexities of youth, and all the various stages, emotions, etc. that you go through at that age. I can relate to all the characters, and knew kids just like them.
Anyways, I downloaded season one the other night, and just watched the first couple episodes. Man, it really takes you back and makes you want to relive your youth. I was wanting to download the entire series, but I don't know if I can handle it. The show gets more emotional in following seasons.
Re: The Wonder Years
Have you seen Winnie Cooper grown up? Holy crap did she get hot.
Yeah she sure did. Cool that she is also a math genius.
I liked her back when I was in 8th grade. Cute as hell. She reminded me of a girl I knew. I think thats why a lot of people liked the Winnie character.
Sucks this show will never get a DVD release. They can never secure the rights to all those songs they used. Fans are forced to watch shit quality episodes downloaded from torrents. Oh well, its better than nothing.

Yes, definitely hot. She could use a boob job, but otherwise she's got a great body and great legs.

Yeah, we're all getting old which is just as sad as some of those Wonder Years episodes.
Ain't that the truth.
