Yeah! Waiting is part of the fun, the thrill, the party.
At 1AM it will just be starting.
I can't wait!
Will arrive on 2PM with tons of sandwiches, gatorade, water a some cards. Sit down with people I meet there and play cards and talk until the first concert starts, which would be a 5 hour wait.
Then the concert starts, and then more 6 hours till GNR.
6 good hours.
And then another 2~3 AWESOME hours.
Believe me, NO ONE is crying about the hour.

All the headliners go on at 1am? That's messed up haha! Well if they all do it so be it. Guess Axl will start at 2:30am 
Is Rock in Rio bigger than Glastonbury? I just always thought Glastonbury was the biggest... most well known maybe?

Fixed It For You. Replaced GN'R with Axl, since it's not GN'R.
Rock In Rio is the biggest music festival in the world. Axl apparently agreed to pay pretty stiff penalties if he shows up late. I'm shocked that they are allowing him a 1 AM time to begin with. He should be able to make it for that without a delay. That's right around his usual time for a typical show.
