I'm pretty sure it's not because he posted that picture to facebook a few weeks ago and more recently has been talking about doing photo shoots and artwork for the new record...so the implication is he's got other plans for the album....
I'll grant it's a "pretty" photo..but then he seems to have a lot of female fans that like such shots...hahah....or it seems that way whenever he posts them. Hanging out for his new album personally.

Yeah. He's whored himself out to almost all reality shows. Not only did he do that, he also did Gone Country 2, SuperGroup, I Married A Rock Star, and numerous other VH1 specials.
According to Bach, when his friend Axl Rose told that he should do a show on VH1 that they'd pay him like a million dollars to do it.... Axl told Bach "i'd pay VH1 a million dollars to leave me the fuck alone".

To be honest I can sort of see how it could get that way, I mean the level of attention Axl had on him back in the early 1990s..it would be pretty scary. There's the fun "I'm a star" element - but then there's how everyone you know wants something, you can't go anywhere or do anything or even speak without creating a circus. I can see why it could get too much.
I can forgive Baz for the whoring too...a guy has to earn a living and it's probably tough going doing that on the road at his level. Don't get me wrong I think he's downright amazing, and I go every time he comes, but he's not playing to giant venues and it's quite expensive to tour.
