I think there's an option to not log in. I mean he comes somewhere he thinks blows to bitch about people commenting about things that they think blows. He actually fits right in if this place is what he thinks it is.

So basically Neemo is the only guy around that doesn't blow, because he agrees with the Phillie Phanatic up there, who's the end all be all for truth and honesty.
What the fuck ever. The place blows because people bitch, yet he comes in to bitch about people bitching.

sandman is a good dude, from what I can gather. I know he posts over at HTGTH and he adds some insightful stuff. Let's face it, this place is different than some of the other sites. All the sites have their own intricacies. I remember when I first started posting here thinking how negative this place was and how everyone seemed to be against the band. I got used to it though, and learned to accept others viewpoints, no matter how cynical they may seem to me. And honestly, I don't think it's nearly as negative as I first thought. Even on HTGTH you have people who blast the band from time to time. It just might not happen quite as often.
I'm sure sandman is just experiencing that initial shock and bewilderment about things he's read on this site, as he doesn't frequent it very often. My advice to him, and anyone else new to the site. Don't be put off by any negative vibes. Everyone has their own thoughts and ideas about things, and you're never going to agree with everyone. This place has some great discussions. Sure, you have disagreements on a daily basis, but you get that pretty much everywhere. We're all in this together, in some weird way.

This site aint negative, the birth of GNFNRS.com out of the dregs of mygnr.com is the epiphany of a negative site. Not to rag on it with any kind of glee, but the admins there have to start clearing out the trash, cause its at this point in time more idiotic than mygnr, and the site has undoubted potential.
As for here... the regualar users point of view might start to change when Guns N' Roses actually bring something new to the table. The fact is its 2011 and not-lots-changed since the album release in 2008 and people here's point of view has no real reason to change that much. Yes they have had a successful tour, but fan uploads to youtube aint gonna cut to most online diehards, so they will continue feeling let down and being vocal about it.
To be honest... I wonder how much of a "Buzzsaw" I could become if GNR dont start being more creative and productive.

I disagree with people I have a lot of respect for all of the time here. Even with all the "negative vibe" around here, it is very rare to see even the slightest personal attack. Sure, we get sick of each other from time to time and I post even more arrogant than usual from time to time, but we actually all get along pretty well.

I think it would been alot more fun amoung fans (well to me) and the public, had the album never been released with just random leaks occuring every year or so, like 2006/07/08.
I love 3/4 of the tracks or demos, I just don't think either the band or the fans benefited too much post November 2008.

I always liked sandman and remember him from the "good old days" years before the album was released. Although I disagree with his opinion, he's certainly entitled to it. He doesn't post regularly so you gotta take that into account when he brings up the "negativity" here.
Sandman, there are many other sites more negative than this place. HTGTH is the only site that isn't but that's only because the negative posts are deleted.
Atari, you make a good point. The post CD era definitely made things worse from an online community standpoint.
