aparently my father and his wife are making a trip to New York just to see the Idol tour
but yeah that list is crap
hey i'll pay $30 to see 3 rock bands or $40 to see BLS in a club that holds 1500 people...that will likely be the repercusions of low popularity

Paisley's 'darker songs' are great.

That list is fucking horrendous (other than Journey & 50% of Paisley). Nobody today are music fans. I find myself more interested in seing acts in clubs, and college performance festivals than going to an actual popular concert (other than Slash & Ozzy).

Amen. I really think country should always been dark, melancholy, self-reflective, and borderline suicidal, just before finding resolution and redemption.
Basically like grunge rock.
When country does that shit - it's awesome.
