VINCE NEIL Closes Out Final DUI Sentencing Requirements - Apr. 26, 2011
According to the Las Vegas Sun, MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman Vince Neil has completed all of the requirements of his sentence stemming from his DUI case from last June. The sentence ordered him to serve 15 days of jail time, 15 days of house arrest, pay a $585 fine, attend DUI school and attend a victim-impact panel online.

During a hearing earlier today, the prosecutor asked whether Neil — who was represented by his attorney, David Schonfeld — had also stayed out of trouble.

That question appeared to be in reference to the recent charges Neil faces as a result of an March 24 confrontation he had involving his former girlfriend, Alicia Jacobs.

Neil has been charged with battery domestic violence and disorderly conduct stemming from that incident at the Las Vegas Hilton.

"There was no stay-out-of-trouble order, your honor," Schonfeld told the judge. Schonfeld said the transcripts from the sentencing hearing show staying out of trouble for a probationary period of time wasn't part of the sentence package.

In a 2010 interview, Neil said about his separation from his fourth wife, "You know, we'd been together for ten years. It was a long time. All of a sudden you feel like you're roommates — you're not husband and wife anymore. Sometimes you just drift apart."
