Those seats at the stadium are probably a cool 10k or more. I had close seats, not quite front row, back in the day for free. That'll never happen again. It was a Sox/Yanks game and I got up to cheer on the Sox after they scored a bunch of early runs. I got booed and got plenty of peanuts thrown in my direction. And the Sox didn't score another run after that, and ended up getting shelled. I guess I got what I deserved.
I'd talk negatively of the Yankees, but the Red Sox just flat out suck right now, so the timing isn't right. 2 game win streak now though, watch out!
Oh sweet Jesus the Red Sox blow right now. Twins too, which is kinda shocking. Yankees & Jays seem to be stable, O's are leveling out and even the Rays are starting to come back from a bad start... Sox are still struggling HARD.
Bet Epstein wishes he could invoke the Lemon Law on Crawford.

Well, the Sox have looked much better the last 3 games. Great pitching from Beckett, Lester, and believe it or not Dice K. Now if they could only find a way to pitch him on 6 days rest regularly like he used to do in Japan they'd be all set. And the hitting is starting to come around, led by the white hot Jed Lowrie.
Crawford is still pretty bad, though he did have an RBI double today. I worried about him adjusting to the bright lights from the moment I saw the press conference introducing him to Red Sox Nation. He was sweating like a mad man, people had to bring him towels to whipe himself down. He could barely talk, his voice was shot. It just didn't give off a good first impression or instill much confidence.
Anyhow, back on the GNR front. Frank posted last night about the Knicks taking down the Celtics in 6. The GNR guys are "Out Ta Get Me" these days.
