Comedian Hal Sparks, who was performing at the Las Vegas Hilton last Thursday night (March 24) when MÖTLEY CRÜE's Vince Neil allegedly shouted obscenities at the singer's former girlfriend Alicia Jacobs called Neil's behavior "unnecessary," "stupid" and 'mean-spirited." "I don't think you can write off that kind of behavior just on being drunk," Sparks told Las Vegas radio station Mix 94.1.
Jacobs, who works as a TV reporter in Las Vegas, left Neil on March 15, less than a month after the singer served 10 days of a 15-day jail sentence for DUI.
Sparks said Jacobs had a visible bruise on her arm from Neil poking her.
"What goes through your head that goes, 'I'll show them, I'll walk into the middle of the show where they're in the audience, yell (expletive), poke them both and walk out,'" he said. "What kind of drunk logic is that? If you're going to be a real (expletive), don't do it in public," he added.
According to TMZ.com, Neil insists he didn't touch Jacobs and that he might file charges against her.
"Videotapes would easily prove that not true," Jacobs said, "and at least 10 people gave statements to [the police]."
Neil failed three field sobriety tests and had a blood-alcohol level almost three times the legal limit during his June 27, 2010 Las Vegas arrest.
The rocker pled guilty in Las Vegas Justice Court in January and spent 10 days in jail, followed by another 15 days of house arrest. He was also ordered to pay a $585 fine and attend DUI school and a victim impact panel online.

Boy if he was getting physical with her in public... it'd pretty much vindicate Izzy after 20+ years of Vince talking shit about him like he's woman kicking scum.
Not that I didn't believe Izzy over Vince to begin with.

TMZ has obtained photos of Vince Neil's ex-girlfriend, Alicia Jacobs, taken not long after her alleged run-in with the rock legend in a Las Vegas hotel.
As TMZ first reported, Jacobs filed a battery report against Neil after, she claims, Neil went ballistic on her and a friend while they were watching a show at the Las Vegas Hilton. Jacobs claimed Neil got physical with her and the bruise above was the result.
Sources close to Jacobs tell TMZ she is not pleased that Neil has been telling people she was the one who got physical and not him. We're told Jacobs plans on hiring an attorney of her own throughout the criminal process and she hopes to subpoena the surveillance footage because she feels it backs up her story.
Neil has already served 10 days in jail this year, stemming from a DUI case.

Vince Neil claims HE was the victim in an alleged assault last week between him and his ex-GF ... insisting she left several bloody marks on his skin -- and TMZ has obtained a photo of the flesh wounds.
It all started last Thursday night -- when, as we previously reported, Neil's ex-girlfriend Alicia Jacobs filed a battery report against him, claiming the ex-rocker went ballistic on her and a friend while they were watching a show at the Las Vegas Hilton ... and bruised up her shoulder.
But Neil is adamant he never laid a finger on Alicia -- claiming SHE was the aggressor ... digging her nails into his skin and inflicting the bloody wounds in the picture.
We're told Neil -- who has already served 10 days in jail this year over a DUI case -- is considering pressing charges of his own.
