SAMMY HAGAR: CHARLIE SHEEN Reminds Me Of EDDIE VAN HALEN (Video) - Mar. 23, 2011
During an appearance on the March 15, 2011 edition of ABC-TV's "Good Morning America", legendary rocker Sammy Hagar drew a comparison between troubled actor Charlie Sheen and Hagar's former VAN HALEN bandmate Eddie Van Halen.
"I don't know what's going on, but, boy, there's a similarity in the way they look and everything," Hagar said before adding. "I don't know how you get like that."

BRET MICHAELS: I Taught CHARLIE SHEEN How To 'Bust' Up A Hotel Room - Mar. 23, 2011
POISON frontman Bret Michaels revealed during his March 18, 2011 appearance on "Access Hollywood" (see video below) that he "professionally" taught Charlie Sheen how to trash a hotel room because the troubled actor "wasn't doing a good job at first."
"I said, 'You gotta really let it out man! You gotta let it out and bust this stuff,'" Michaels said.
Bret and Sheen had a film production company which produced Showcase Entertainment's feature "A Letter From Death Row" as well as Miramax/Dimension Films' "No Code Of Conduct", which Michaels wrote, directed and starred in. They also produced the feature film "Free Money", starring Marlon Brando and Mira Sorvino.
"He showed me how to do films and make money, and I showed him out to lose a lot of money by smashing up hotel rooms," quipped Michaels on "Access Hollywood".
Sheen was arrested last October at the New York Plaza hotel after becoming drunk and trashing his hotel room.

Charlie Sheen's Tour Is Not Selling Out, After All
by Tara Ariano / The Set
The official line on Charlie Sheen's ill-defined touring show is that he's been selling out venues around the country, and in record time. It's a great comeback story for the recently fired star of "Two and a Half Men" — or it would be, if it were true.
CNBC contributor Jane Wells has looked into the matter, and reports that, in fact, many tickets to Sheen's shows are still available. The tour kicks off this Saturday in Detroit, where, Wells found, there were many tickets to be had. Secondary ticket sellers seem to have bought the bulk of the inventory, but are apparently finding demand to be less than expected: When Wells checked on StubHub, she discovered that "many tickets are selling for LESS THAN FACE VALUE [emphasis hers, though I certainly endorse it]."
Secondary research by this reporter indicated that many good tickets — including deluxe "Meet & Greet" packages that allow buyers to interact directly with Sheen — are still available for shows in New York, Boston, and Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As of Friday, there were still 1,449 tickets available on StubHub for the Detroit show — that's at least 28% of tickets remaining unsold. (A rep for Sheen declined to comment on ticket availability.)
It seems pretty obvious why audiences aren't flocking to see Sheen live. For one thing, we've seen plenty of him (some might say too much) on free media for the past month and a half. For another, potential attendees have no idea what, exactly, the show would consist of. Sure, there are many fans of the man's acting, but if he's not delivering sitcom lines, what is Sheen going to do? Sing? Do standup? Perform dramatic monologues? Rant at the audience like he did in his Sheen's Korner videos? Does any of that seem worth spending any amount of money on?
The bigger question is why any media outlet accepted the story of the tour's immense success. TMZ's source is unspecified, other than possibly Sheen's Twitter feed (and we can all make our own judgments as to his truthfulness).
So far, Sheen has not responded to Wells's story — not even to call her a troll.

Re: Charlie Sheen is the fucking man!
Apparently things didn't go too well on opening night. Big surprise there.
Re: Charlie Sheen is the fucking man!
I heard Charlie dropped a massive egg in Detroit, people were booing, demanding refunds, and most were gone 2/3 through the show.
Jokes were non-existant, no prep at all, just Sheen rambling, the goddesses making out, and a video of Sheen playing Call of Duty (no shit, people paid money to watch him play COD).
Chuck Lorre can write comedy and needs guys like Charlie to act it out to greatness... but Charlie can't write for a damn, and on his own has no act at all.
The best thing that can happen at this point is Sheen cancel the tour, go back to CBS, Sheen & Lorre apologize, just hit the reset button, and forget the last couple of months ever happened.
This is a disaster.
Only thing I did hear was Sheen was selling shirts at the merch table like hotcakes for $30 bucks per... he's gonna make some serious change on that.
