Re: Sebastian Bach Thread
Yeah I thought it was pretty funny too. But when you listen to how they mixed it, they did it because Baz's voice doesn't fit the tone of the song at all, without the auto tune.
Sorry is probably the most "pieced together", "different takes over several years" type of songs on CD. It's the biggest culprit of them all. If you listen to everything Pitman added to the song, not to mention whatever little vocal bits Axl put in there whether it be himself, Baz, Dizzy, Tommy, whoever is doing backing harmonies, it's clipped to fuckin' hell, and although mixed high it sounds "interesting", and "different", there is no flow AT ALL to that song, and I hear it more and more everytime I listen to Sorry.
The song itself literally feels like it was 6 minutes, recorded over 8 years, in 14 different studios across the world.

SEBASTIAN BACH: New Album Pushed Back To Late September - Mar. 31, 2011
Former SKID ROW singer Sebastian Bach's new solo album, which was previously scheduled for a summer release via the Italian label Frontiers Records, has been pushed back to late September. Bach, his new, young, virtuosic guitarist Nick Sterling, drummer Bobby Jarzombek and producer Bob Marlette (BLACK SABBATH, SHINEDOWN, ATREYU, FILTER) are currently recording the CD at a studio in Los Angeles.
Check out photos from the studio at this location.
Bach previously stated about his new solo material, "This CD will follow along the lines of 'Skid Row', 'Slave To The Grind', 'Subhuman Race' and 'Angel Down'. If you like rockin' guitar riffs, high-energy songs and performances, deadly drums of doom, and ear-shattering screams, we got your rock right here!" He also described the songs as "heavy, interesting, classic sounding, modern sounding, completely rock 'n' roll — just how we like it!"
Sebastian in 2009 collaborated with HATEBREED frontman Jamey Jasta on several tracks for Bach's new solo album, with Nick and Charlie Bellmore of the Connecticut band PHANTOMS assisting during the pre-production process. The singer has also written material with John 5 (ROB ZOMBIE, MARILYN MANSON).
