Looks like she is the next Lohan/Hilton/Britney fix for the tabloids. She released these pics herself(and the ones last year), so this is clearly a calculated career move.
I guess she couldn't stand having a clean image and will do anything to erase that.

She's Julia Robert's niece. Thats her main claim to fame. Starred in a few movies and also a Nickelodeon show. She's sorta like a lesser known Hillary Duff I guess.
She's got the looks to be a movie star when she's older, but it looks like she is gonna lack the brain power.

In this country, it used to be legal at 15, not that many years ago, now its 16.
