Get rid of the trucker/70's porn/pedophile mustache and it would make things a lot better. His goatee in 2006 was a hell of a lot cooler.

I think he looks fine and has since 06 at least but if he won't show his face on a US stage, it's hard to care very much.

Seeing as how he would be playing to 25% full arenas, it's probably a good thing that he won't tour the U.S.

Good....I'll take 4000 at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta any day of the week.....or 3500 at The Tabernacle or go back to 3000 at Hammerstein in NY for 4 nights. Arena rock sucks to me at this point.Don't need the stadium shows in the ENORMODOME any more...been there and done that since 1982. I'll take my Axl and Dylan and Buckethead and Paul Westerberg up close and intimate, the way good music is suppose to be.

I agree, but Axl apparently doesn't. His ego won't allow him to do a club-only tour.

not clubs...you are talking 200-1000 people. He draws more than that so it makes no economic sense to do clubs. Theatres like The Joint, Warfield, Hammerstein, Fox, Tabernacle and other classic venues in the US. He has done them before....mix in some arenas in large markets with quality theatres...get some cool visuals...scale back the pyro and crap....just rock. I know...preaching to the choir.
