Alan Niven thinks he's gods gift and he shits on everything about GNR after his departure, every word he speaks is dripping with bitterness.
The November Rain video is continually voted one of the greatest music videos of all time, who fucking cares how much it cost or that it is different to the SCOM video.
These folk folk piss me off no end, they just want to enslave GNR to play AFD with no trimmings in sleazy clubs forever. God forbid an artist would want to push their boundaries and use their own time and money to create something spectacular for themselves and their fans entertainment

Thats so cool, he actually started at the bottom and set about getting suitable qualifications that would enable him to apply to the school he wanted to attend.
I just figured he rolled up to a university and said "Hey I'm Duff from Guns N' Roses, I'm a millionaire, can I start this course next week?"

I think Niven just wants it out there that he's honest and can bring success. If there was any perception that he was shady he could loose work today.
Sounds like he's not got as much to show for his work as he thinks he should have.
Maybe he should write a book..then we'd have all these biographies to read and try to patch together what really happened.
He could lose work by insulting his former clients as well. That's really frowned upon in the music business and all of Hollywood in general.
I understand that he should be able to take up for himself, but I'd be careful about doing it unless I needed to as it will be a huge turn off to future clients.
