What site/source did this picture originally come from, and why do most people think it's from 1996--What's the evidence?

The top one is from around 1998 supposedly during one of Axl's rare public appearences in those days.

The bottom two - i've never seen those ever. Wow, nice find. Axl looks great. The girl on the bottom is beautiful.

I think the bottom two are new, but yeah the first one's been recycled a few times by him.

I believe that first picture was taken from Axl's trip to a Radiohead concert.

Yeah, probably, since Axl's hair is much thinner than earlier (and later), and the clothes and hairs are very early 90s.
