If I remember correctly I read an article that said that it was a pic of Axl taken at the Hard Rock signing autographs in 1998.

They made a big deal out of it because by the late 90's he had become such a virtual recluse that it was one of the very rare pics of him in that time period.

Always liked the pink bandana.

Axlin08 could you try to track down that article?
I wish we had more pix of Axl because we have virtually no pix of Axl from '94 to his arrest in 1998. That's a four year span of time where for us he just disappeared and it sucks.
