Facinating what slash says about the VR writing processes there.
Till my dying day I'll say that while everyone hates it Libertad has a handful of kickass songs. I maintain that "Let it Roll" and "Just 16" at least have some classic slash vibe to them. But I know what he means that the overall record is too soft.
I also wonder what else hit the cutting room floor. We know that Ghost used to be a VR demo. And scott said someting once about going through a whole CD of slash/izzy demos and not liking them.
I think therres a lot of room for VR to make a stronger album without scott. Not that scott wasn't good in his own way, but he was always going to a different place than slash IMO.
