Re: The Video Game Console Thread
hdmi....whats that
the standard connection on the one i bought was your standard white/red/yellow rca....i went to monoprice and go the wii/xbox/ps3 combined component cable its a beuaty ... for $10 or whatever
my blu-ray player and hd cable are connected w/ hdmi
before had my standard def cable hooked to my only RCA jack and my xbox was running thru my VCR then into the tv w/ coax, and my wii was hooked up with component, i conmplained to my cable company and they gave me free HD for a year then a buddy at work was placing an order thru monoprice so i grabbed a couple cables and managed to get rid of 5 cables by getting 2 different ones...and get better quality picture in the process

Re: The Video Game Console Thread
I'm late to the party. But I just stated playing Batman: Arkham Asylum. It seems to have really nailed the batman vibe.
Re: The Video Game Console Thread
Oh Arkham Asylum is wonderful. The best game of 2009, and the best Batman game ever made.
It's like a cross between the Nolanverse and The Animated Series. Beautifully done, expertly scripted, music is fantastic, and the voice work, especially from veterans like Kevin Conroy, Mark Hamill, and Arleen Sorkin really nail it.
It can't wait for the sequel, Arkham City.
Re: The Video Game Console Thread
I wouldn't compare it too Nolan Verse.
It's a fun first time playthrough game, but the stupid final part
The show down with Killer Croc and Bane ect. isn't that TAS series like either.
It's still good though... Just not in the greatest game of all time terrioty.
