Rocker Sebastian Bach arrested

PETERBOROUGH, Ont. — Rock and heavy metal singer Sebastian Bach has been charged with assault after a wine glass was smashed at a downtown bar and a staff member bitten, police say.
Police said a man was at Riley’s Old Towne Pub early Monday morning when he got into a dispute with the staff and was asked to leave at 12:02 a.m.
He walked to the door carrying a glass of wine, police said, and when he was told he couldn’t leave with it he threw it at the front doors, shattering the glass.
Police said a staff member restrained him until officers arrived, and while they waited a scuffle ensued and the man bit him on his left hand.
When officers searched him they found 1.95 grams of marijuana.
Bach, whose real name is Sebastian Bierk, is a Peterborough, Ont., native who now lives in New Jersey. The 42-year-old has been charged with assault, possession of marijuana and mischief.
He is set to appear in court Monday.
Bierk was lead singer for Skid Row, an internationally acclaimed band, and has also appeared in several stage plays and a reality TV series.

SEBASTIAN BACH Facing Arrest On Six-Year-Old Warrant In Toronto - Nov. 15, 2010
Don Peat of the Toronto Sun reports that Toronto Police are on their way to Peterborough, Ontario, Canada to arrest former SKID ROW frontman Sebastian Bach on a six-year-old warrant.
Const. Tony Vella said the warrant for Bach stems from a mischief under $5,000 charge.
Police did not have any other information about the charge.
Bach will likely be brought back to 51 Division Monday night and appear in a College Park courtroom on Tuesday.
Bach was busted by Peterborough Lakefield Community Police early Monday after an altercation at a downtown bar.

SEBASTIAN BACH Arrest Caught On Tape - Nov. 16, 2010
TMZ.com has obtained the surveillance footage showing former SKID ROW singer Sebastian Bach getting violent, restrained and ultimately arrested in a bar in Canada early Monday morning.
Riley's Olde Towne Pub owner Jim Kakouros told The Peterborough Examiner trouble started when Bach and a few of his friends approached the pub's musician of the evening, Josh Gontier, and asked if they could sing.
After being told to talk to management, Bach chose to sit back down and began heckling and cursing Gontier, Kakouros said, and Bach began throwing ice cubes at him, asking if he knew who he was.
At that point staff stepped in and asked Bach to stop.
Bach was eventually asked to leave, Kakouros said, but was allowed to stay and finish his glass of wine.

Toronto charges withdrawn against Bach

A mischief charge from 2004 against former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach were withdrawn in a Toronto court Tuesday morning.
The charges had stemmed from an incident at a Toronto strip club.
Bach, whose real name is Sebastian Bierk, taken to Toronto Monday afternoon after being released on bail in Peterborough.
He was charged Sunday night after an altercation at Riley's on George St.
