Danzig lost me after IV. Blackaciddevil or whatever didn't catch on with me. Industrial Danzig? No thanks.

I'm hearing good stuff about the latest. What's worth looking into?

Haven't listened to him in about 15 years.

Can't Speak one of my favorite songs from 1994.

I'm listening to it now, and so far, so good.  It's not "classic" but it's good to hear Glen's voice.  It's worth giving a listen.

Glenn- you're not being mysterious or haunting. You're being boring.

Also, I wish to god I hadn't watch the Metallica video. James' voice is shot. Even worse than it has been for the past 10 years.

So is there anything past the first 3 Danzig albums that is listenable?  Agree with you on Hetfield.  It's pretty much painful to hear him try to sing on anything from the Load album-present.

I actually like most of his stuff, and the Black Arias are interesting.  Like I said up thread, his new album isn't bad, but it might be best described as safe.  Having now seen the video for "On A Wicked Night", though, I may think less of the album the next time through. I hate to be so negative, but he's trying so hard to look badass that he just looks ridiculous.

I just listened to "On a Wicked Night" and it sounded pretty good.  Makes me want to listen to the new album.  Thanks for the suggestions.  I'll probably try to dig up Black Arias on youtube just to know what they sound like.

On a Wicked Night is not bad. Naked lady in the video is a bonus.
