Re: London, England – October 13th, 2010 (O2 Arena)
The show got a mention on Radio 1 today on their midday entertainment feature. GNR got mentioned after the Dublin fiasco as the top entertainment story the next day and it didn't make pleasent listening tbh. Today the news was that GNR completed a trouble free show and that while a little late (9.30 is pretty good for GNR imo) they then went on to play for 3 hours to a near full house. They then played some interviews from fans after the gig, a couple v positive and a couple saying how the show was a vehicle for Axls ego and it wasn't the same without Slash. Overall though much better media coverage than 6 weeks ago.

Yaawn...this band is SO over.
Touche. I just wish they'd release a new album, so bad. Despite how much I love Bucket, and I think you can agree with this, coupled with Axl's "look", the 2009-10 band has been "the truest Guns N' Roses" since 1993.
Axl might've wasted most of the 90's, and some of the 2000's, but his voice is back to a 1987-quality so much, that he has some quality vocals left in him for a few more albums at least. DON'T WASTE IT AXL. PUT IT ON RECORD.
The band's chemistry is the best i've seen since 1993 too. Everyone geniunely likes each other. Ron is fantastic, and DJ, despite being a businessman, has a great Ron-quality too and embraced the fans alot. Tommy talks alot more than he used to, and i've said since 2006 Frank is the best since Steven on drums.
Let's see some NEW MUSIC for the love of God. At this point, i'd love just a great live album.
Axl we don't piss and moan about this stuff because we're never satisfied, we just love this band so much that we can't get enough of you guys, and would love to crank your music in our cars.
Long live Guns N' Roses

I dig DJ. I really do. He has everything Robin never had, and I'm not anti Robin. I'm just very pro DJ. He might be a business man, but I'm not holding it against him at all. Just proves to me he knows what he wants to do and how he wanna make a living. I mean, I love Bucket too and wish him back, but they do well now with DJ.

Damn, I can check on those videos but I won't hear anything due to having massive problems since I uninstalled some shitty programs, (: I hope I'm not in any of those vids!
Anyways, I was there, it was awesome... Just wrote a long boring review... I still have to check on the pics I took.
Re: DJ
I got a pick!
He is a very adorable man. I was very near the stage, could see him smiling at his gf, etc. One funny thing happened, he threw a bottle at her and it nearly hit her in the face. The way he was apologetic yet amused by the situation was very cute.
He has everything to be a crowd's favourite, full of energy, laid back, plus he's an awesome guitar player! All the persons around me were clearly impressed by Ballad Of Death.
