Think ITW took a toll on his voice.
TWAT is not there because Axl doesn't have the strength to keep up singing it. It's a hard song to do.
Listen to his voice from Osaka, and listen to it now. It's gone scratchy scratchy from all the singing.
However, it's a disaster that the most critically acclaimed song (both media and fans) from Chinese isn't on the set.
