Re: GNR Gamble on the tour Game
But GN'R has the tendency to make the opening act start later and play a longer set.
So I'd say, take a look at the ticket. There is when the show starts. Add 15 minutes, plus another 45 for the opening act and another 45 for stage setup and that's when the main band should hit the stage.

Re: GNR Gamble on the tour Game
I think that no crew needs 60 minutes or more for a stage setup, after the opening band finished its set.
Re: GNR Gamble on the tour Game
1. GN'R will finish this tour: False
2. GN'R being 90 min late in Rome: under
3. GN'R being ontime or less than 30 min late for 3 shows on the entire rest of tour: Under. There's no way they pull that off 3 times. Once if they're lucky.
4. No other crowd will throw anything at the stage for the rest of the tour: False. Every crow will thorw something. It happens at every show for every band nearly ebery night.
5. A bandmember will quit before tour ends: False. They'll stick it out. Someone is leaving when the tour is over in my opinion.
6. There will be one riot before tour ends: False. Nah I don't see a riot happening.
7. 2 canceled gigs for rest of tour: Over. I'd imagine the end of the tour gets cancelled at some point.
8. We will hear at least one song on this tour we haven't heard them play yet: False

60 minutes should be the maximum. I'd expect at least 60 minutes at a GNR show. Not that that makes it right. Other shows, I'd expect less.
Re: GNR Gamble on the tour Game
1. GNR will finish this tour: True. -they cannot afford another cancelled tour, and they know it-
2. Over/Under GNR being 90 mins late in Rome Tonight -Under I just read that they were on time -
3. Over/Under GNR being ontime or less than 30 mins late for 3 shows on the entire rest of tour -by the end of this tour they will have gotten sloppy with the punctuality again-
4. No other crowd will throw anything at the stage for the rest of the tour true/false.
-false-
5. A bandmember will quit before tour ends true/false
-false, they seem pretty tight-
6. There will be one riot before tour ends true or false
-false-
7. over under 2 canceled gigs for rest of tour.
-false-
8. We will hear at least one song on this tour we haven't heard them play yet: true or false.
-maybe a jam not a full vocals song-

I've waited longer than 60 minutes for shittier bands. If I'm at a show I'm there to enjoy myself regardless of change over time or room temperature. I like to mingle shoot the shit with the other fans.

I honestly hardly go see the opening band when I go to a show. For the most part I could care less. Sometimes I'll catch the end of the openers set, but that's about it. So late starts don't bother me one bit. But for GNR, I would probably head into the venue later then I would for a normal band, for obvious reasons.
