If bitching is stating a fact, then yes I am bitching.

sorry, just mocking Faldor.  It was another same old, but at least they turned up.  Seems its ok to shit on your fans, if you turn up once in a while.

Reviews coming in....

United Kingdom | by Graeme Johnston | 29 August 2010
Once the greatest live bands in the world, seeing Axl Rose and "Guns N Roses" half an hour later than billed was just one big disappointment for the half-crowd who even bothered staying at Leeds Festival tonight.

The fact that Marina & The Diamonds on the Festival Republic stage and LCD Soundsystem in the NME Stage both pulled gigantic crowds said it all about Guns N Roses.

A disappointing end to another fine chapter in the Leeds Festival history books.

Those are pretty much the key points for me from the article.  Not the half an hour later thing but the fact that the crowd was sparse again.  They got outdrew by 2 bands I had never heard of.

Which is why I said the other day that GNR are not really a festival headlining act anymore. Yesterday's fiasco proved that, and tonight's audience rush to 2nd and 3rd stages is REALLY proof of this.

I've heard of LCD Soundsystem but not Marina & the Diamonds. If a majority of the crowd was in their teens/early 20s, I'm not surprised they bailed on GNR.

Quote from LCD Soundystem before their set: "I don't give a shit about Guns N' Roses except for [bassist and former Replacements member] Tommy Stinson, which I feel weird about."

Leeds could've been a disaster, so congrats to the fans who stayed and hopefully enjoyed what they saw.

I don't want to be a 'bitcher' and tell the truth or anything crazy like that.

Funny guy.

Again, they played the show, which is an accomplishment considering what happened at the last show.  AND they played a full set, regardless if it was the SAME set they've been playing.

Just a tired argument that's all.  But obviously it won't be going away anytime soon, so please continue.

You're right, but earlier today it wasn't certain they were going to play at all.  They did.  So, that's a good thing.  If that's sad to you, fine.  But I'll take it.
