Re: Better video Promo
Nothing special.
A simple build-up with fade-outs, with most of the stuff knicked from the CD intro footage. Am not a stickler to sync, but the studio sound comes up as lazy compared to the enthusiasm onstage.
Not whining for its own sake, but...
The video is way too late for anything else than tour promotion.
The video isn't exactly impressive.
Lars Ulrich will probably torpedo any effort to release the whole thing anyway.

Agreed that this is most likely JUST a tour promo and not the signs of the official "Better" video. I'm sure they could come up with one and get it out there but like some have said, "what's the point?"
Nonetheless, it's cool, and I'd love to see the rest, or more like it. But I'll take what I can get.

When I first watched it I thought: "Cool tour promo" Thinking about the string of European dates coming late summer/fall.
The I read on the forum, and a lot of people think it's the Better video...
I don't think it is. Why would it say 2010 in there....
Smells like a tour-promo to me!

It could be both I suppose. They could just add in the 2010 for tour promo purposes. But, I would tend to lead in the direction that it's just meant for the tour.

Why does everyone think this is a promo for the Better video? Looks like just a regular ol' tour promo to me. And one that looks like it was done by a 12 year old with a shareware video editing program at that.

Not impressed. The only glimpse of the better video we were gonna get was the one on GnR's Myspace page they had when the album released. Might still be there, I'd check, but I'm past caring.
