Even do an interview with Kurt Loder or what he should so is be the first band to do Conan's new show. That would be a ton of exposure. WE all know Fallon would give him a spot when ever he wanted to.
I'd LOVE to hear multiple Axl interviews as much as the next guy, but if he doesn't want to do any, then so be it. It's his life and he obviously doesn't feel comfortable with the media twisting his words. I don't see this changing anytime soon, so be prepared to keep being sad about DJ and Ron doing all the talking.

I find little or nothing to complain about when it comes to the band interacting with their fans.
Most of the guys in the band has been doing alot of that during the last six months. Videos from the tour, chats on twitter, interviews, mini-concert for fans (Ron).
And Axl seems to share what he sees fit via some short and some rather long tweets direct to us fans.
Considering all the years of silence, they're all kinda Perez Hilton-ish nowadays!!!

That is all well and good (Axl twitter) but he already has the die hard fans attention.
He needs to attract the causal gnr fans, that is what he is not doing.
The official site has not been updated with news since DJ joined about a year ago.
Why not add all of the DJ, Ron, Tommy interviews up.
Have Axls twitter account live on the site, so the site is active?
Its not too hard.

When GNR comes to town, it's not going unoticed. The stadiums/arenas are packed with casual rockfans, casual gnr fans and diehard gnrfans, reviews of the shows are in the papers/magazines.
The official site has not been updated with news since DJ joined about a year ago.
Why not add all of the DJ, Ron, Tommy interviews up.

And that is exactly why most gnr fans hate Axl Rose and why CD flopped.
Axl treats his fans like shit and that is why no one cares about gnr anymore esp in the US.
