I don't think Axl needs to work with Uni, in order to get touring shit together.
Typically those guys come in when they are either going to get in front of a camera, or put out material.
It could be alot simpler than we think. Axl could just be talking to them about UMG putting out a live DVD of one of the recent shows.

Axl always refers to the music industry as "the biz" and the twit said "bizness", so whatever it is I think its something we might like... a video mabye? Its probably just the Euro schedule though, heres hoping to a full UK tour

Only if there's a new album to promote. CD is dead, and the gradual phase out of the CD songs from the most recent sets, pretty much confirms that.
Plus, I thought this new European Tour 2010 was being marketed as self-titled? Other than the Chinese artwork, there was no Chinese Democracy World Tour - I thought...

There's no point releasing a video at this juncture. The album is two years old. Had there already been videos/singles promoting the band/tour, then go right ahead.
A video is dead on arrival regardless of which song is picked. Might as well release a video of a UYI track.
Time for the band to move on or bask in nostalgia.
